Accuracy and sustainability                   

As a “Visionary company of believers” we move in the Prophetic Apostolic realm. Therefore we must continue to be accurate in our ways. We must be able to activate the word of God on the inside of ourselves and others, helping them to be shaped into the image of Christ by the same Word that shaped us. We must have both endurance and sustained accuracy to succeed. To stay accurate we must continue on our journey with God and do not settle down in yesterday's truth. We must allow progression and Him to shape us and sharpen us continually with present day revelation. For this to continue we must walk in the light we have received. The only guarantee we have is the Holy Spirit, the only life we have is in Him and the reason we have it is for Him.

To live accurately the alignment of leadership lanes are important, it will ensure the accuracy and the sustainability of each supporting ministry and the house ministry. Without the correct alignment supporting ministries will tend to frustrate and will prove of a poor effectiveness in the specific area mentioned. On it's part this will restrain the accuracy and efficiency of the House Ministry.

The heads of all supporting ministries function directly under the senior pastor. The set person in each supporting ministry manage and steer that ministry in continual consultation with the senior pastor. The purpose of all supporting ministries are to strengthen and enhance the Ministry God gave the house. Any supporting ministry not aligned with the Ministry of the House, will be re-evaluated by the senior pastor and adjusted or made void after a presentation to the board. Ministries must be flexible and need new and improved accuracy in a changing matrix like ours; attention given to the original blueprint in scripture is the pattern of our ministry.

To align we must understand the expectancy the household has for the supporting ministries, in other words the purpose of these ministries must be clear to you and the members of our house. We must further understand our responsibility  and authority to fulfill the vision of the house. To fulfill this expectation we must be competent and available to ensure the correct functioning of the supporting ministry.
